 Jesse brings several years of experience in lawn and garden maintenance, along with a genuine passion for his work. 

Please note that while Jesse has a disability, he is fully capable of completing his work to a high standard and is supported in the field by Mitch and the team.

 Matt is our Field Manager, overseeing services for our residential clients. 

In this role, he ensures the team is motivated and supported to deliver their best work.

Our residential clients consistently comment on the pride Matt takes in his work, noting how he treats every lawn and garden with the same care and attention as if it were his own.

His dedication to quality and client satisfaction is evident in every project he manages.

 Amanda is our Business Manager and plays a key role in ensuring the team can continue to do what they do best. 

She oversees the operational, administrative, and strategic aspects of the business, providing structure and support across all areas.

With a background in Human Resources and Marketing, Amanda brings a strong breadth of knowledge and experience to the role. 

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her dogs and tending to her plants.

 With a background in a local garden supply business, Mitch is our trusted specialist for all soft landscaping services.

He manages services for our NDIS and Aged Care funded clients, as well as our larger contracts, ensuring every lawn, garden, park, or paddock is maintained to the highest professional standard. 

Mitch’s consistent quality of work is reflected in the strong relationships he builds and the ongoing services requested by our clients

 Our Cleaning Manager is a dedicated and highly skilled professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional results. 

With a strong attention to detail, she ensures every clean is completed to the highest standard.

Abi consistently builds strong rapport with our clients through her friendly and professional approach, making each service a positive experience. 

Her commitment to quality, passion for cleaning, and genuine enjoyment in meeting new people make her a valued member of our team.
