Our hourly charges vary; it is best to book in a FREE no obligation quote and we will try our best to work to your budget. 


No job is too big or too small, we have multiple crews who can work individually or in a team to get your job completed! 


JJM Services can assist in laying mulch, bark, topsoil, turf, rock, artificial grass or planting etc. 

We can also dig up existing landscape in preparation for building, concreting, re-modelling etc.

There isn't a lot we don't do, if unsure give us a call and have a chat about what work you are requiring, and we would be happy to assist where we can.


We service residential, commercial, and rural properties. 

JJM also service local Real Estates with properties for sale and rentals, for enquiries please phone us or contact your property/sales manager and ask for them to use JJM Services for your property maintenance. 


We certainly do!


Our invoicing is set at a 7-day due date however we can extend the due dates to 14 or 30 days for a commercial customers.


It is quite hard to give an exact time on when our teams will arrive to your property as some jobs may be longer than expected, however, we can get our team to contact you on request, when they are on their way.


The only time there would be an additional charge to what you have been quoted is if there is dog feces or miscellaneous items obstructing our team on completing the job (such as toys, rubbish etc.)

There is also an additional charge of 1.75% when using Tap & Pay (EFTPOS) or paying online via 'Stripe'.

We do advise all of our clients to ensure the area is free of these items prior to arrival to avoid any additional charges being incurred.


We sure do! Our system automatically sends a reminder text the day before your service for your convenience.


Once your job is completed our Business Manager will email/SMS your invoice to you with a 7-day due date (14 to 30-day accounts for commercial).

The invoice will have all of our payment details for you to make payment within the timeframe.

If you forget our system automatically sends reminders to you that your account is overdue.


We are very flexible and can accommodate your needs.

Our clients' needs vary, and we have properties we maintain:

We have our own equipment however there may be times we need to hire something for particular jobs, if we do need to hire equipment, we discuss this with our customer first and ensure the cost is added to quotes so our customers are fully aware.
